What Backlink Manager covers
Three workflows in one tool: Profile, Gaps, and Opportunities. Each is sourced from real data and surfaces what you can do, not just what you have.
No DA vanity scoring. We do not display a single domain authority number because it misleads more than it informs. Decisions are made on relevance, intent, and evidence.
- Profile: referring domains, anchors, follow vs nofollow, top linked pages
- Gaps: who links to your competitors but not to you
- Opportunities: qualified prospects from SERP discovery and curated sources
- Status workflow: contacted / won / dismissed, preserved across rescans
- Outreach drawer: copy or send a context-aware pitch in one click
How prospect qualification works
Most "link opportunity" tools dump unfiltered SERP results. Our qualification layer is deterministic and aggressive.
- Excludes review sites, publishers, podcast platforms, directories, jobs, coupons, marketplaces, socials, and government domains
- Recognises editorial vs commercial intent from URL patterns
- Detects branded queries and removes self-results
- Requires occurrence threshold (≥2 queries or ≥2 results) before a domain qualifies
- Verifies homepage actually serves HTML
Who Backlink Manager is for
Solo operators and founders who need a realistic link-building list and do not have time to wade through SERP scrapes.
In-house marketers running outreach. Status tracking, evidence per prospect, and the outreach drawer keep the workflow contained.
Agencies and consultants delivering link-building as a retainer service. Each client site has its own profile and prospect list.
Why "no DA" is intentional
Domain authority scores were invented by tool vendors. Google does not use them. Operators trying to "raise DA" optimise for the wrong target, ignore relevance, and chase low-quality links from sites with inflated scores.
Backlink Manager replaces DA with evidence: did this domain rank for queries you care about, does it have editorial intent, does its homepage serve real content. Those are the questions that matter.

Frequently asked questions
Where do prospects come from?
A combination of SERP discovery from your real search queries, curated source lists, and competitor backlink overlap. Each prospect ships with the evidence behind it.
How do I run outreach?
Click the outreach drawer on any prospect for a context-aware pitch. Or export the list and run it from your own email tool.
Will my status be lost on rescan?
No. Contacted, won, and dismissed status are preserved across rescans. Only the prospect pool refreshes.
