You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to UpSearch and any outputs you generate using the service.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process your data solely to operate and improve the service.
We do not claim ownership over your content.
UpSearch, including its software, systems, agents, workflows, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the service as intended.
UpSearch uses a credit-based system for certain AI-powered actions:
Monthly subscriptions include a set amount of credits that refill at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
One-time Credit Packs: You may purchase additional credits at any time. These credits do not expire and will be consumed only after your monthly subscription credits are exhausted.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis unless required by law.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features or integrations, without liability.
